We hail from a styling and design background having had many years experience in strategic sales in wholesale - retail, Interiors, homewares, fashion, product development and marketing. With over 20 years experience, we have developed an eye for placing the right products in the perfect location. We’re excellent at spotting growth opportunities for maximum exposure.

Fe is the heart and soul behind Luxe Agency. She founded our agency in 2016 after a fulfilling career working with some of Australia's most beloved lifestyle and fashion brands. With over 30 years of experience, Fe has a deep understanding of sales, marketing, design, buying, and product development. Her journey began with her own fashion brand and retail stores, where she realised her passion for sales and the 'people' side of the retail industry. When she's not busy steering the Luxe ship, you'll find Fe exploring the world, enjoying the great outdoors and getting creative through her love of painting and art. Born in beautiful New Zealand, Fe has called Australia home for many years now and has built a wonderful Luxe Agency family around her.
Joce is a key member of our Luxe Agency family. She brings over two decades of retail experience to the table and her love for creativity shines through in everything she does. Before joining our team, Joce spent over 20 years running her own lifestyle store, giving her unique insights into both sides of the industry. With a degree in Interior Design, Joce's expertise, experience and creativity are invaluable. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, exploring nature through bushwalking and hosting her infamous dinner parties.
Leonie, our admin and sales support superstar, has honed her craft working with small to medium-sized businesses across Australia for almost 20 years. Her tech-savvy nature keeps her up-to-date with the latest gadgets and technology trends. Leonie loves to dance, staying active, and is an enthusiastic animal lover. Her warm personality shines as she connects with clients and customers each and every day.
Donna is our day to day numbers guru. She worked for large multinational organisations in Australia and overseas for over 25 years, predominantly in the fields of Finance, Procurement and Admin Management. Numbers, being organised and improving business systems and processes were her jam. Since then Donna has evolved to become self-employed and works closely with small businesses helping them achieve their business goals. Exploring and executing all opportunities to deliver better financial and organisational outcomes for her clients is a genuine passion for her along with spending time with her family and keeping fit and healthy.
